Our inaugural Gender Pay Report 2024 reflects this commitment, providing an honest assessment of our current position and outlining the steps we are taking to close the gender pay gap. With a workforce of over 240 employees spanning 20 nationalities across 12 countries, we are proud of our diversity but recognise the need to address gender representation, as only 8% of our workforce is female.
This report highlights our progress, including the introduction of family-friendly policies and competency-based career levels, which are key to supporting equality. As of June 2024, our mean gender pay gap stands at 4%, significantly lower than Ireland’s national average of 9.6% in 2022.
